Welcome to the Aspen Ridge School! Aspen Ridge School is a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade building made up of an elementary wing and a middle school wing. The school offers a variety of academic and athletic opportunities for students to choose from. Our teachers and support staff provide our students with a happy, friendly, and supportive environment from the second they walk through the door. We believe a close partnership with our families and community is critical to the success of our students. The staff has worked really hard to get the school ready and we are excited for the new school year! We are all in this together so if there is anything we can do please do not hesitate to call us. Principal Bio: Chris Marana
Hello! My name is Chris Marana and I am the principal of Aspen Ridge Elementary School. I am a 2000 graduate of Westwood High School and a 2006 graduate of Northern Michigan University. I spent seven years teaching in Manistique and during that time I received my Masters degree in educational administration and supervision from Northern Michigan University. I am married to my wife Kristin and have two daughters, Jenna and Megan. I enjoy camping with family and friends, jogging, and watching football.
